What is the difference between the four flavours?
Sassy is a chunky classic red and the one to reach for with tortilla chips. Suavē is the same red family but smooth and mild. Slammin' is a green tomatillo salsa that is excellent on eggs. Smokin' is the habanero one. All four come in a 12 oz (340g) tub.
Who is Tiffany?
Tiffany is the founder of Sassy Foods, Inc. and grew up in LaFamilia, Maui's first Mexican restaurant, which her mother Polli opened in 1969. Polli went on to create Makawao's Polli's Mexican Restaurant. Tiffany's first batch of salsa was made as Christmas gifts for family and friends, who told her to put it on the shelves.
