Our artwork and content

The Tiffany's Sassy Maui Salsa name, label artwork, product photography, logos and the text on this site are owned by Sassy Foods, Inc. and protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Editorial use is welcome. Journalists and media outlets may use the logos and label artwork provided on our press page when covering the brand, provided the artwork is not altered, distorted or recoloured, and is not used in a way that implies we endorse a product, service or organisation.

Everything else — reproducing the site’s content commercially, using our marks on your own packaging or listings, or presenting our products as your own — requires our written permission first.

Product information

We work hard to keep flavour descriptions, ingredients and retailer listings accurate, but the definitive information for any tub is the label on that tub. Recipes, ingredients and packaging can change. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, read the physical label before eating — do not rely on this website.

Nothing on this site is a health or medical claim. Our salsa is food, not medicine, and we make no representation that it treats, prevents or cures anything.

Where to buy listings

Retailer listings and any store map on this site describe which chains carry our products. Stock at any individual store varies week to week and is outside our control. A listing is not a guarantee that a particular store has a particular flavour on the shelf today — call ahead if you are making a special trip.
