It started in Maui’s first Mexican restaurant.
Tiffany grew up in LaFamilia, the restaurant her mother Polli opened on Maui in 1969 — the island’s first. Polli went on to create Makawao’s celebrated Polli’s Mexican Restaurant.
Tiffany made her first batch of salsa as Christmas presents for family and friends. It was such a hit they told her to put it on the shelves. She listened.
